1. Introduction & Statutory Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how CYBERTECH LLC, trading as Quik Rupee (quikrupee.in), collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data obtained from users who access our digital financial options information platform.
We have written this policy with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000 in mind. CYBERTECH LLC is registered in the Republic of Armenia and is not established in India, so whether those statutes apply to us is a question of law rather than something we can decide for ourselves. We have chosen to follow the standards they set regardless.
2. Categories of Data Collected
Quik Rupee publishes information. You do not need an account, and nothing on this site asks you for personal or financial details in order to read it. We hold personal data only in two situations:
- What you send us. If you write to us by email or message our WhatsApp Business account, we hold your email address or phone number and whatever you chose to put in the message.
- Technical data. Our servers record IP address, browser type, referring page, operating system and access timestamps, as almost all web servers do.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, your income, employment status, age bracket, borrowing history, identity documents or bank details. If you send any of these to us unprompted, we will delete them.
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed only for these purposes:
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To act on a request about your own data, or on a complaint.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the site.
- To keep records of complaints and how they were resolved.
4. We Do Not Pass Your Details to Anyone
Quik Rupee does not operate a referral, introduction or lead generation service. We do not transmit your details to financial institutions, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we are not paid by any provider for sending people to them. There is no flow on this site through which your information reaches a third party as a business matter.
The only exceptions are ordinary operational ones: our email and messaging providers necessarily process messages you send us, and we would disclose data if compelled by a lawful order.
5. Data Storage & Infrastructure
We keep the personal data we collect to the minimum needed to answer your enquiry, and we transmit it over an encrypted connection. Details of where data is stored, and for how long, are available on request at privacy@quikrupee.in.
6. WhatsApp Business Communication & Opt-Out
If you initiate contact or opt in to receive updates via our WhatsApp Business account (+7 707 177 2391), we use this channel exclusively for service-related guidance. You may immediately cease all messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing privacy@quikrupee.in.
7. Your Rights Over Your Data
These are the rights the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives a data principal. We will honour each of them on request, without arguing about whether that Act reaches an Armenian company:
- Right to Access: Request a summary of personal data being processed.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data no longer required.
- Right of Grievance Redressal: Submit grievances to our designated Grievance Officer (grievance@quikrupee.in).
- Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise rights on your behalf in the event of incapacity.
